Step 2 -
Following your approval of completion date and cost estimates, an image
Mock-up of the proposed
website will be created for you, consisting of graphic representation of the
Home page and if necessary, typical secondary
pages.
When the Mock-up page(s) go online, you will have the opportunity
to view the Mock-up design at a temporary
internet address. You will have an opportunity for further input
and to critique the initial design. Once changes have been made,
the design will be finalized and website production will begin.
NOTE: Along the way small
changes and tweaking to the site design are to be expected, however,
your cost may increase if you require time-consuming changes
that weren't discussed prior to the
WEBSITE / PRODUCTION phase.
Step 3 -
Content is added in the WEBSITE PRODUCTION phase. Your content
will be completely
integrated into the approved design - Creating
the agreed upon pages with text, images, forms and other features.
When your new Website becomes available for online viewing, you
may critique it to your satisfaction. If you haven't already,
it's now time to decide on a Domain-name and to choose a
Web-Hosting service.
Purchasing
a Domain-Name
This is your web address (yourname.com). Cost varies - Estimated annual fee
for a
Domain-Name is US$10/year.
Purchasing
Hosting Services
The Internet Service Provider (ISP) houses your website for viewing on the
internet - If you do not already have a hosting provider, the cost for
a dependable provider runs about US$100/year - and up - depending on service
options. I recomend a service provider that rates high for customer satisfaction
and offers comprehensive website statistics, which are invaluable for an
Online-Marketing campaign.

Step 4 - Review
of your Website, insures that it is fully functional and free
of
mistakes. The site
is thoroughly checked for all possible errors such as misspelled
words, broken links and non-working forms. You now have the
opportunity to make small last minute changes. Pending your
approval of the finished Website, our business will be complete.
MAINTAIN
YOUR OWN WEBSITE
Instruction on maintaining your own Website,
using user-friendly-software and your familiarity with a word-processor.
Many small-businesses are interested in updating and managing
their own Web-Sites. Updating your own website allows access
to all your pages - Allowing you to adjust content to changing
market
conditioins. Update

Add
Pages
based
on existing templates or design entirely new pages - Add your
own images and other media. Gain valuable incite into the
web-process.
INCLUDES
Software installation & setup using a register-able-copy
- you will be eligible to receive product updates and upgrades
from the manufacturer - 4 hours of on-site software instruction
- Users manual.
The software mimics a word processor, so if you are familiar
with word processors in general, then you can easily maintain
your own small to medium-size site.
